Gaeng masaman kae – It’s a dish that has so many versions and variations, Massaman curry is a fusion of Persian spices and Thai ingredients.
Pad Thai – The most famous and known dish in the world based on stir-fried rice noodles
with fresh vegetables, eggs, toasted peanuts, fish sauce, tamarind sauce, garlic, chilli pepper, palm sugar and lime.
Tom kha gai – coconut milk soup with chicken vegetables (such as carrots, onion, spring onions and mushrooms, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, chives and basil and in conclusion lime.
